The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering is the largest program of its kind in the nation, with a focus on both theoretical advancements and practical applications to address real-world challenges.
The Program & Operations Manager will provide essential promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial services to support designated programs within a research center or academic unit. This role encompasses a variety of activities aimed at ensuring program success, including:
- Creating promotional and marketing materials tailored for specific audiences to enhance program outreach.
- Planning and coordinating promotional events.
- Managing administrative tasks related to program operations, such as procurement and compliance.
- Analyzing and reporting financial data pertinent to program operations.
- Developing performance assessment tools for program evaluation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support institutional initiatives.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Four to six years of relevant experience.
This position requires a solid understanding of research program promotion and administration, including skills in program assessment, marketing, and financial reporting. Strong planning, organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
