Job Summary

The Program & Operations Manager will provide essential promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial services to support designated programs within a research center or academic unit. This role encompasses a variety of activities aimed at ensuring program success, including:

  1. Creating promotional and marketing materials tailored for specific audiences to enhance program outreach.
  2. Planning and coordinating promotional events.
  3. Managing administrative tasks related to program operations, such as procurement and compliance.
  4. Analyzing and reporting financial data pertinent to program operations.
  5. Developing performance assessment tools for program evaluation.
  6. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support institutional initiatives.
  7. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Four to six years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

This position requires a solid understanding of research program promotion and administration, including skills in program assessment, marketing, and financial reporting. Strong planning, organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
