Job Summary:

The Program Manager, Accessory Planning will lead the development and execution of accessory business plans to support Mazda North American Operations' (MNAO) overall business goals. This role will be responsible for managing the accessory portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of all accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accessory Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the accessory market, including trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Business Planning: Create and execute business plans to support the launch of new accessories, including market research, product development, and launch planning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accessory Purchasing, Port Ops, Accessory Sales & Supply, Accessory Development, Design, and TSD, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Launch Planning: Develop and execute launch plans to support the successful introduction of new accessories, including market research, product development, and launch execution.
  • Financial Management: Manage the accessory program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of project management or supervisory experience in product planning.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong financial analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
