About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at LEEDARSON IoT Technology Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of our products, ensuring that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision
    • Oversee day-to-day receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
    • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Inventory Management
    • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products
    • Coordinate with project managers and overseas teams to understand customer requirements, project timelines, and specific inventory requirements
    • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team
    • Provide training and guidance to staff members on product knowledge
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
    • Conduct physical counts and reconciling with data storage system to control inventory levels accurately
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven work experience (5 years) as a Warehouse Manager
  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with big box retailers is a plus
  • Experience in lighting, IoT, and/or small appliances is a huge plus
  • Understanding of Chinese culture and/or language is a plus
