About the Role:

Join our team as a Key Account Manager, where you'll spearhead the expansion of Quad Lock's presence and drive sales growth within the emerging North American market. Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing product ranging, planning merchandise promotions, forecasting, and providing comprehensive reporting on account performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a strategic account plan in unison with the account and internal departments
  • Drive the generation and prospecting of new business opportunities across North America
  • Establish core product ranging and sell in new product assortments with the support of Product & Marketing departments
  • Provide sales feedback to buyers and key personnel within the key account's business to assist in making decisions that impact sell-through targets
  • Drive accurate inventory forecasting with all key accounts & contribute to the accurate demand planning of account inventory needs
  • Provide revenue projections across key accounts to the Sales Director
  • Drive in-store and digital branding/promotional efforts across key accounts and report back on ROI (return on investment)
  • Provide consumer/sales feedback to the Product team to assist with analysis and reporting
  • Lead meetings with key accounts and prepare reporting collateral to support future state planning
  • Ensure account performance and activities align with internal strategic business objectives
  • Assist with trading terms negotiation and new account set-up for emerging National Retail partners

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Demonstrated and successful experience in Key Account management roles or similar
  • Previous experience in FMCG/Sports/Outdoors/Automotive sales
  • Proven record of utilising your network to develop new business
  • The ability to drive, connect and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Programs (Excel, Sheets etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High levels of initiative and collaboration
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours & travel where required
