- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience
- Minimum of ten (10) professional work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the temporary staffing field
- Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Other
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Experience with Federal Government Clients
- Experience working with federal government clients, including the VA
- Experience in Healthcare staffing
- Understanding of government contract requirements
