Responsabilități:

Crearea, gestionarea și optimizarea campaniilor de performance marketing si lead generation utilizând tool-uri de inteligență artificială;
Analiza și interpretarea datelor de piață (clienti/concurenti) pentru a dezvolta strategii eficiente de marketing digital;
Utilizarea AI pentru a monitoriza și îmbunătăți performanța campaniilor de marketing si pregati rapoarte de performanta;
Alimentarea chatbotului Castolin Eutectic de generative AI cu documentație recentă si dezvoltarea conceptului;
Actualizari de continut pentru site-ul principal construit in Drupal si urmarirea leadurilor in funnel;
Colaborarea cu echipa de marketing globala pentru a dezvolta și implementa planuri de marketing.

Cerințe:

Cunoștințe și fler pentru marketing digital și performance marketing (digital native);
Interes și curiozitate pentru utilizarea și învățarea autonomă a uneltelor de inteligență artificială;
Abilități analitice și capacitatea de a interpreta date complexe (Matomo pentru website analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP); experienta cu ChatGPT, Midjourney etc reprezintă un plus
Capacitatea de a lucra eficient atât independent, cât și în echipă;
Limba engleză nivel avansat, alte limbi reprezintă un avantaj.
