Key Responsibilities:

A Digital Products Senior Business Analyst is a member of a focused product team that performs analysis using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirements identification and just-in-time definition of requirements.

The Senior Business Analyst will be working with our digital product teams on highly visible and valuable customer-facing digital channels. This position requires an excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills in order to collaborate with business users, technology teams, and leadership in an Agile environment. This position is considered hybrid and can be based in Chicago or Houston.

  • Translates high level requirements into detailed level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by the development teams in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value
  • Facilitates agile ceremonies (ie. Ideation, story mapping, planning, kickoffs, estimation sessions) and helps bridge communication across teams, and serves as a subject matter expert

  • Analyzes data and collaborates with insights teams to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives and delivers the most business value

  • Collaborates not only with User Experience (UX) team to create prototypes, define user stories, and contributes to our customer digital experiences but also with stakeholders, technology teams, and analysts to ensure user story meets needs t
  • Contributes to overall definition of strategy and scope, including working with business partners to understand 'why' we are working on something before dev begins
  • Identifies opportunities across products, and digital experiences
  • Mentors team members and contributes to building strong relationships

QualificationsWhat's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years Ecommerce / Digital products experience
  • Ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple partners and interactions
  • Understanding broad principles of airline management and eCommerce
  • Experience and familiarity with writing business requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize activities quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable presenting to executive-level partners and capable communicating with team members from all over the enterprise
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
