Key Responsibilities:


The Corporate Planning & Analysis team is responsible for developing and maintaining budgets and financial systems, ensuring the availability of accurate and timely financial data, analysis, and technical information.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will conduct research and prepare financial analyses that inform critical corporate planning decisions.

What does the role entail?

Analytics:

  • Employ advanced analytical skills and knowledge across multiple categories to deliver credible, actionable analyses and recommendations to management.
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to utilize information that impacts business decisions and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional special projects as required.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations to Business Unit Directors and Business Development Managers regarding existing and new business opportunities.
  • Execute duties associated with the Business Analyst I role.
What is your background?

  • A relevant degree or equivalent formal training, certification, or work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or business analysis.
  • Proven experience in navigating complex issues with senior management.
  • Familiarity with retail accounting and finance principles, particularly in developing costing and forecasting models.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
