  • Business Intelligence: Utilize familiarity with Microsoft BI platforms to design and sustain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, IT personnel, and other key stakeholders to guarantee successful software deployments and continuous system improvements.
  • Documentation Management: Keep thorough documentation related to software configurations, processes, and user manuals. Ensure that all documentation is current and easily accessible.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting third-party energy software systems.
  • At least 4 years of experience with SQL, including query writing and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BI platforms and solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with E1 software.
  • Background in NGL operations.
