Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a critical area of the Digital Product space, focused on the Privacy and Consent experience within the end-to-end customer journey. The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive Privacy and Consent experiences forward in a rapidly changing environment, providing value to millions of our customers globally.

The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategy development, managing products, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers and designers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

  • Collaborate on multi-year Privacy and Consent product strategy for Ford Motor Company
  • Define your vision, goals, and investments for your products
  • Develop new product pitches and requirements, and translating into high quality product roadmaps
  • Develop strong relationships across a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Managing a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
  • Analyzing data and performing sophisticated analytical exercises
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the rapidly changing data privacy legislative landscape across the globe.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of recent Privacy and Consent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 3+ years of Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • 3+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery
