Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development of Service Offerings

  • Identify, prioritize, and enhance the AI service portfolio and roadmap utilizing market insights, customer feedback, competitive assessments, and analytical data.
  • Explore avenues to expand the AI dialogue within existing service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Craft and articulate the AI value proposition, including positioning and pricing strategies.

Management of Service Lifecycle

  • Adhere to established service product management processes, tools, lifecycle management, and governance protocols.
  • Secure funding sources (both internal and external) and manage expenditures effectively.
  • Oversee and develop comprehensive portfolio planning throughout the service lifecycle, focusing on pricing strategies, service delivery, sales readiness, and related processes.
  • Drive innovation, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

Collaboration Across Functions

  • Engage with technical and product leadership to ensure alignment and coherence in the AI strategy, execution, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Represent Professional Services and the AI Portfolio in core product or solution teams, providing essential service requirements during product development phases.
  • Leverage both technical and business acumen to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives that significantly impact the services sector.

Market Engagement and Sales Strategy

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading organizations in the AI domain.
  • Launch, promote, monitor, and evaluate the performance of AI service offerings, including customer satisfaction and market feedback.
  • Collaborate across various regions and teams to design and implement new services, solutions, or programs that address emerging customer and market demands, driving profitable growth.

Performance Evaluation

  • Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Establish, measure, and report on objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with product and business strategy goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a service, consulting, or software environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service product management.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing a portfolio of technical services.
  • In-depth technical expertise in AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related technologies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in AI technologies, IT and services sectors, and service product management.
  • Track record of developing and launching successful and profitable service offerings.
  • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in AI-enabled solutions, including natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision.
  • Certification or training in relevant frameworks and methodologies for service product management, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, project/program management, change management, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships, exercise independent judgment, and achieve objectives under pressure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the workforce solutions market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
