We are looking for a motivated, positive, and energetic treatment coordinator to join our practice.

The treatment coordinator will work as a liaison between patients, dentists, and other dental clinic staff. Must have dental experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of financial management, and an understanding of dental procedures to help patients understand the value of oral health.

Responsibilities include:

Patient education

Gathering information from new patients, introducing them to the dental office, and educating them on treatment options, costs, and benefits

Scheduling

Scheduling appointments and follow-up care, and confirming insurance coverage

Communication

Keeping track of payment schedules, communicating with patients and their families, and submitting paperwork to necessary parties

Administrative duties

Filing, answering phones, and performing receptionist duties
