About this Opportunity:

Join our team as a Manager of Sales, New Customer Acquisition, where you will be leading the Quality Assurance (QA) Customer Acquisition team to expand our client base. Located in either Boston or Dallas, you will play a crucial role in the regional sales leadership and the broader QA Sales Community. You will report to the QA Business Unit in Finland.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and nurture the New Customer Acquisition team for QA business in the US
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Software Quality Assurance tools market in the region and effectively convey business requirements to senior leadership
  • Highlight the benefits of our QA software products compared to competitors
  • Engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels, especially at the executive and C-level
  • Guide the sales process from inception to closure
  • Create regional go-to-market strategies and explore innovative customer acquisition approaches
  • Develop comprehensive action plans, performance reports, and business proposals for company executives
  • Devise commercial strategies, including pricing, negotiations, and customer agreements
What We Look For:
  • 8+ years of experience in tech/SaaS sales, particularly in software engineering, with previous sales team management experience
  • Knowledge of quality assurance software products and services is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage personal sales pipelines effectively and achieve results, fostering satisfied and loyal customers
  • Goal-driven with a focus on surpassing objectives and business goals
  • Experience in strategic enterprise sales within a global company
  • Proficient in new business acquisition and capable of training sales teams on acquiring new customers
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Assurance tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred
  • Completion of sales training, preferably MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
