Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm

Job Summary: The Research Specialist PT works with departmental staff to design and conduct research projects on a part-time basis.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. Candidates will need to have completed their Ph.D. or have it completed by the start of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Research experience working with polymer materials and ionic liquids. Research experience relating to the design, synthesis, and characterization of new small organic molecules and polymers.
