Key Responsibilities:
Millennium Corporation is seeking a Senior Red Team Security Specialist. Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance with the potential to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.


The Senior Red Team Security Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration assessments of global client networks, swiftly developing domain-specific tools that exploit identified vulnerabilities, researching the latest exploitation methodologies and threat vectors, and designing and configuring representative testing environments.


Candidates will also support various training sessions, conferences, exercises, and demonstrations to ensure ongoing compliance with certification requirements, thereby enhancing technical capabilities and supporting authorized missions and testing events.


Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active Secret Clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a mathematics-intensive field, or a relevant technical discipline is required.

A minimum of 5-8 years of practical experience is necessary. Two years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree may be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience will also be deemed equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

Relevant certifications and experience should include: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Certification with at least 3 years of practical experience, or NSA Remote Interactive Operators Training (RIOT) Certificate, or Red Team Apprentice (Level I) Certificate from a certified and accredited DoD Red Team.

Candidates must possess CEH & CISSP Certification upon hire.

Specialized experience in Red Teaming, Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Defense (CND), and/or penetration testing is essential.

Ability to independently and rapidly develop tools and scripts from concept to production in a high-pressure, time-sensitive, and resource-constrained environment using various programming languages.

Additional Skills:
Experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby.

Experience in conducting web application security evaluations.

Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols in relation to network security.

Experience with offensive toolsets, including Kali Linux, Metasploit, CobaltStrike, and Intercepting Proxies.

Proficient in using network protocol analyzers and sniffers, with the ability to interpret packet captures.

Strong independent skills, including self-motivation, organization, and personal project management.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management, staff, vendors, and external consultants.

Capacity to think creatively and emulate adversarial tactics.

Ability to conduct penetration tests on applications, systems, and networks using established processes and industry standards.

Proficient in managing multiple penetration test engagements simultaneously.

In-depth understanding of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.

Business Development Contributions:


Assist with business development initiatives as needed to support Millennium's strategic objectives, which may include participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support, and proposal color reviews.


Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds as needed.

Travel Requirements:
15-30% (or less) travel may be required based on program needs.
