Responsibilities:


Prepare examination areas for patient visits; assist in positioning and preparing patients for evaluations by healthcare providers; gather patient histories and monitor vital signs including pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height; arrange instruments and equipment, providing them to the healthcare provider as needed; operate EKG and other medical devices; administer injections, collect blood samples, or provide prescribed treatments as instructed; conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures; ensure sterilization and cleanliness of instruments; manage inventory and order supplies; perform receptionist duties, including answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and preparing receipts; maintain medical records and other documentation; execute administrative tasks such as typing reports and correspondence, transcribing dictation, completing insurance forms, and maintaining financial records; demonstrate regular and punctual attendance; adhere to defined work schedules and be available for overtime as necessary; perform related duties as required.


Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with completion of a Medical Assistant or related healthcare training program preferred.
