Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital link, delivering product and service information while effectively resolving any challenges that our customer accounts may encounter with precision and promptness.
Your role will include:
- Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Addressing product inquiries and clarifying technical concepts for a non-technical audience through various communication channels
- Assisting customers in maximizing the use of our software by offering best-practice consulting and product training
- Investigating and diagnosing system issues through thorough research and testing
- Identifying intricate problems and gathering information to formulate and assess options for effective solutions
- Communicating efficiently with personnel at all organizational levels
- Staying informed about and adhering to updated policies and standard operating procedures
- Taking initiative and innovating to ensure the success of our customers and Daxko
- Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets
- Participating in and/or leading team training sessions and professional development opportunities to become a product expert
