About the role

Flex is on a mission to revolutionize the way bills are paid and we are looking for an exceptional sales rockstar to join our team as we rapidly expand into new markets. The successful candidate will be a team player, have an entrepreneurial mindset, see ambiguity as an opportunity and possess relentless grit, humility and curiosity. This role is remote first, but if you live in the Dallas or NY area, it may include 2-3 days in our Dallas, TX Flex hub or corporate NY office. What you'll do

  • New client acquisition - drive revenue and market share within rental real estate market specific to institutional owners
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline in CRM
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
  • Assist in the full sales cycle
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex
  • Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations
  • Initiate and negotiate new and expansion contracts with customers
  • Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers

Key qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in multifamily
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Develops relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Skilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting

The national pay range for this role is $200k-225k OTE (On Target Earnings). Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
