ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Personalization to lead the technical product strategy and execution within the Personalization and Recommendations team at Fox Tech. The role sits at the critical intersection between our product, data science, engineering, data engineering, and MLOps teams. This role will be obsessed over inventing best-in-class AI/ML user experiences, helping customers seamlessly discover the most relevant content through personalized recommendations across multiple business units. This role also focuses on developing a strong customer retention strategy leveraging the latest developments in AI/ML.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deeply understand customer needs to develop a multi-year technical product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impactDefine simple, high quality product roadmaps in partnership with key internal stakeholdersDevelop clear and crisp business requirements to inform roadmap developmentManage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, system performance, and operational costsLead processes to identify, define, and track appropriate product or business metrics and communicate with key stakeholders and executivesFoster a data-driven environment that encourages quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product successShowcase extensive problem-solving skills, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and leveraging data and intuition to make strategic choices and tradeoffsProactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or business related field Experience with AI/ML and end to end product ideation and delivery Experience implementing recommender systems at scaleAbility to evangelize product vision across cross-functional partnersEffective communication skills and adept at distilling the right granularity of information to communicate to different stakeholders (executives, data science, engineering, partner teams, etc.)Comfortable working in fast paced and innovative environmentsStrong desire to keep up with the latest trends in AI/ML

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121, ,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
