General Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the annual budget and CAPEX plan for the department/hotel.
Oversee total asset maintenance management and repair.
Oversee staff training, development and performance.
Develop and implement the Preventive Maintenance programs as required.
Engineering contractors' selection and documentation.
Annual testing and conformance of emergency power systems.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and expertise:A minimum of 2 years in engineering management or supervision in the hotel environment
Must be detail oriented, with solid organizational skills.
Must be physically able to meet the demands of the job including walking or standing for extended periods of time while on shift; lift/push/pull/carry 50+/- lbs.; must be able to work in varied work climates including outdoor, coolers, freezers, etc. when needed.
