  • Meticulous in analyzing every aspect of a project to ensure accurate cost projections, avoiding costly errors and ensuring profitable bids.
  • Possess a keen analytical mind, able to dissect data and information to uncover insights and make informed decisions.
  • Excel at leading, mentoring, and training a team of estimators, fostering collaboration, and effectively communicating with other departments to align estimates with project goals.
  • Quickly identifies potential issues and develops practical solutions to mitigate risks and control costs.
  • Four (4) year college degree in engineering, construction management, or similar preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of vertical building experience, with at least 7 years of service dedicated to estimating.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing others preferred, but not required.
