Role Summary:

We are in search of a Chief Engineer to manage our maintenance division. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including overseeing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and implementing a preventive maintenance strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the physical structure of the property.
  • Implement and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program to uphold standards and document progress.
  • Address maintenance requests promptly, particularly in occupied areas.
  • Perform pool chemical testing to maintain safety standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years in facilities management.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
