A local Kama'aina company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for their Kahului office. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day duties of the HR department such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and previous customer service experience.

Pay
$20 to $22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls/emails and relay messages.
- Coordinate schedules and travel plans for human resource specialists.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Ensure all new hire I-9 verifications are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Print, file, copy, and scan documents.
- Perform data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- HR experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to type at least 40 words per minute.
