Job Title: Transportation Rooms Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Rooms Administrative Assistant to support the Transportation Department at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Transportation Department, including coordinating transportation schedules and arrangements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transportation requests and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including transportation schedules and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years of experience in a related administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include standing for 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift and push at least 50lbs.
