Your impact:
We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive and energetic head of Field Marketing in the Americas to join the Mirakl team. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field strategies to create and accelerate pipeline for our Americas sales team. In this role you will manage and mentor 2 field marketing managers covering our Retail and B2B sales teams.
What you'll do at Mirakl:
Leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring a team of field marketersDeep knowledge and experience in developing and executing comprehensive field marketing plans that align with business objectivesExperience in the creation, planning & execution of corporate events. Responsible for the US Mirakl Summit corporate eventPossess the ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlinesExperience with Account-based marketing and producing a field program strategy that focuses on a named account list and enterprise saleAbility to develop creative campaigns that break through the noiseDemonstrated success in building strong relationships with the sales teamCommunicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programsStrong execution capability, with ability in driving results and meeting pipeline targets Ability to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on pipeline impact What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field7-8+ years of field marketing, event marketing or general marketing experience4+ years managing a teamCorporate events planning experienceExperience with marketing automation, salesforce and ABM tools preferredExperience with managing global stakeholders a plusAre energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful We welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
