Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Business Operations, the Director of Field & Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the North America Business Unit through the effective implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at customer engagement. This position requires the development, management, and enhancement of essential processes while collaborating with the technology team to maximize system functionalities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that materials utilized by field teams are properly approved through the logistical management of the LMR process.
  • Oversee the creation and management of both printed and digital assets, including order fulfillment, inventory oversight, and distribution logistics.
  • Manage the coordination and execution of speaker bureau initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on content creation, budgeting, contracting, and communication of program outcomes.
  • Facilitate the logistical and production aspects of both internal and external meetings in conjunction with North America Leadership and training teams.
  • Coordinate the North America Business Unit's participation in national and regional conferences, including planning, registration, and execution.
  • Ensure alignment between home office and field communications.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants as necessary, including the preparation of purchase orders and contract execution.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated progression in responsibilities across commercialization functions.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic objectives with tactical execution, emphasizing process flow mapping and attention to detail.
  • Capability to distill and convey actionable insights to internal partners through effective oral and written communication.
  • Commitment to compliance, privacy, and legal standards in program development and maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster partnerships among diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for business meetings and conferences.

This position is based in our corporate office, and candidates should be prepared to work in a hybrid model, aligning with departmental and business requirements.
