Description

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
     Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    Coordinate all phases of interior construction, including design, procurement, and installation.
  • Team Leadership:
     Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
    Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and schedules.
  • Client Relations:
     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are met.
    Provide regular updates and maintain excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control:
     Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
    Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Budget Management:
     Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
    Prepare and review financial reports and documentation.
  • Compliance and Safety:
     Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites.

Profile


  • Experience:
     Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for interior luxury residential construction.
  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in project management software (e.
      g.
      , Procore, Buildertrend).
    • Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certifications:
     PMP, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.
