Long Island Project Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Project Coordinator to become part of our team in Long Island, NY. The successful candidate will possess experience in interior renovation initiatives and will support the Project Manager in overseeing all facets of the renovation workflow to guarantee that projects are finalized on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhering to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in strategizing and implementing interior renovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are fulfilled.
- Assist in sourcing materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress, ensure adherence to quality standards, and resolve any emerging issues.
- Help oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and documentation to clients and upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a comparable role within the interior renovation sector.
- Strong knowledge of interior renovation processes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting.
