Responsibilities:

  • Manage various compensation programs and processes, focusing on the annual compensation planning cycle
  • Collaborate with global business/client groups on job architecture/benchmarking and internal/external offers
  • Provide analytical support using data modeling and dashboards for insights from large datasets
  • Work with HRIS/HRIT and HR team to enhance HR systems in line with the Total Rewards strategy
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking analysis and develop creative solutions to attract and retain talent
  • Design and deliver training materials on total rewards programs to educate HR partners and business leaders
  • Develop compensation structures tailored to global business needs
  • Coach business partners on Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of compensation management experience, preferably in a global organization
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Thorough understanding of compensation strategies, job structuring, and benchmarking methods
  • Experience with HR systems and system enhancements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to educate and influence individuals at all levels
