Compensation:

$58,000 - $185,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries and prospects, integrating them into marketing strategies to enhance leasing outcomes.
  • Supervise all on-site activities and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Address tenant concerns, enforce occupancy regulations, inspect vacant units, and coordinate landscaping services to uphold tenant satisfaction.
  • Determine rental rates by analyzing local market trends and calculating costs to ensure fair pricing.
  • Facilitate tenant transitions by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits, and processing applications to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Embrace the philosophy of building relationships and resolving issues.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and schedule appointments with property owners.
  • Collaborate with property owners and support staff to onboard new properties.
  • Promote properties available for lease.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with property owners throughout the leasing period until the property is sold.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Background in customer service or real estate sales is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
