Position Summary

Program Management Lead Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance
  • Conduct on-the-job training for team members
  • Address and resolve client inquiries
  • Assist with special projects and support the Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with at least 4 years of experience
  • Background in call center operations within a pharmaceutical or payer context
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Customer-oriented with knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Environment:

This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the employee to remain seated or standing for extended periods. The role is situated in a professional office setting equipped with standard office tools. The employee must maintain mental alertness, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving circumstances.
