As a Capital Project Team Leader (PTL) at DuPont's Marlborough, MA Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end project processes to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project strategies align with specific needs, and engaging the project steering team as needed for strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional capital project teams to meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies tailored to each project's needs
  • Engage project steering team for alignment and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure project deliverables and standards are met
  • Identify non-cap alternatives and facilitate economic evaluations
  • Interface with Full-Service Design Contractors during project phases
Qualifications:
  • Required: B.S. degree in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred)
  • Required: 2+ years of experience leading capital projects (preferably >5 years)
  • Required: Experience working with full-service design contractors
