The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with Flexe's marketing, sales and account management teams to develop and execute field marketing strategies that attract, retain and grow accounts. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. In addition, this role will support demand generation and account-based marketing programs and work closely with Sales and Marketing to create and execute innovative experiences that engage our prospects and customers to drive maximum ROI.

Job Responsibilities

[70%] Strategically partner with marketing, sales, and account management teams on customer engagement activities.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to develop and execute customer engagement strategy, including logistics, promotional campaigns, vendor relationship management, on-site event planning and post-event follow-up.
  • Support executive-level participation in one-off events, working with sales teams to develop executive briefs and preparation materials.
  • Provide logistical support, including pre- and post-event communications, program management, and travel coordination.
  • Manage and maintain various planning documents, including event calendars, event reports, and other key documents.
  • Responsible for pre-event administration and on-site coordination.
  • Own the post-event process, conducting debriefing sessions and overseeing sales efforts.
  • Responsible for measuring field marketing programs and reporting data back to sales and marketing teams.

[30%] Execute sales enablement and account based management programs

  • Work closely with the teams to develop and execute marketing programs that drive new revenue opportunities from new and existing customers.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive new revenue opportunities from key accounts.
  • Leverage and advise on sales content, presentations, and proposal materials in support of Account Management and Sales teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Product / Solution Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Field Marketing.
  • Coordinate, manage and execute multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ability to project manage with strong attention to detail, both logistically and operationally.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strives for exceptional quality and has a desire for excellence.
  • Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction with sales and working. cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A. degree.
  • 3 years in logistics or technology-related roles.

The salary range for this role is $97,700 to $113,900 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary for exceeding expectations.
