Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a knack for numbers? We are seeking a reliable and efficient Business Office Manager to join our North Mankato client's team. This position offers a flexible schedule at a friendly, family-owned business Flexible start and end times, PT is a possibility as well

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes
Oversee customer invoicing and maintain the Account Management System
Handle payroll and sales tax, reconcile bank accounts, and generate financial and sales reports
Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
Order office supplies, maintain filing systems, and perform other general office duties as needed

Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong proficiency in accounting and financial software

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
