Real Estate Shareholder/Partner Law firm is seeking a highly qualified Real Estate Shareholder/Partner with 15+ years of experience in real estate law.

Requirements:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate law. Well-developed legal and client management skills. Excellent drafting skills. Portable business is a requirement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating complex retail / shopping center leases. Drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate. Drafting complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants. Advising clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters. Managing a team of attorneys and paralegals. Supervising junior attorneys. Researching and analyzing real estate law and related issues. Law firm is looking for a dedicated candidate with an impressive background in real estate law.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, supervise junior attorneys, and advise clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters.

The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate must have excellent drafting skills and possess the ability to negotiate complex retail / shopping center leases and purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate.

They must also be able to draft complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
