Customer Support Lead Position

Summary:

Responsible for providing client support and service, handles VIPs or large orders, and client escalations.

Ensures we wow every client in every interaction and ensures a fantastic client experience that encourages them to shop and purchase online, visit our stores and keeps them coming back.

Trains Customer Support Specialists on client support and service processes.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, or other related field.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to handle deadline pressures.
Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.
Experience with POS systems and data entry.
Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
Ability to use good judgement in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company's credibility, operations, and services.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time.
Moving about the retail and office space occasionally.
Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times.
