Position Overview:
Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer engagement efforts. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clientele, including assisting walk-in customers, addressing inquiries, providing product samples, and processing sales transactions.

Incentives:
We offer a SIGN ON BONUS of $1250 and a PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS of $750.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to facilitate seamless communication between the company and its customers, ensuring a high standard of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing sales orders and resolving product or service-related issues.
  • Managing customer accounts, including order entry, inquiries, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management within a call center setting.
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls through Automated Call Distribution (ACD).
  • Entering orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborating with various teams to address customer inquiries and order-related issues from initiation to delivery.
  • Responding promptly to customer needs and participating in special projects as required.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Preferred experience in customer account management.
  • Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus.
