Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Support Lead to join our team in Camp Smith, HI .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Will serve as the primary POC for supporting Manpower and Personnel and Staffing/Manpower activities, including multiple other support functions.
  • Will provide oversight over all contractor activities ensure that readiness levels are adequate, and personnel activities are integrated with the other tasks.
  • Will confer with J1 leaders to maintain an overall understanding of readiness requirements in the INDOPACOM environment and oversee all necessary administrative functions (finance, travel, knowledge management, and other internal processes and functional areas to ensure pre-deployment readiness).
  • Will coordinate/collaborate with subordinate organizations within the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience supporting cross-functional areas within the DoD.
  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree required in applicable discipline (Business, Management, or another related field.)

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience leading Business support elements in support of Service Component Command activities.
  • Experience managing, directing, and coordinating office management services for projects or program(s).
  • Recent (3 within the last ten years) experience working at or above the Joint or Service Component Command (SCC) or equivalent level.
  • Experience pre-planning, organizing, and leading efforts to ensure activities allow adequate continuity for both current and future states with a high capacity of FTEs within core functional area of supervision.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
