As a Growth Product Manager at Singlestore, you help us with data-driven decision-making, optimizing user experiences, and driving customer activation and conversion. You know and understand the needs of developers and the way modern applications are being built.

You will partner closely across Dev Rel, Marketing, engineering teams & executives to help understand and drive the key areas where we gain traction amongst our developer swell. You will be driving the next breed of strategic initiatives by having deep data convictions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevRel, Sales, Marketing) to define and track key performance metrics related to user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Analyze the user journey, from initial onboarding to conversion, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and improve conversion rates throughout the user journey. Collaborate with Product Engineering and Design teams to implement changes that enhance conversion at key touch points.
  • Regularly analyze user behavior and engagement data to uncover insights and trends. Use these insights to make informed decisions and iterate on growth strategies.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on growth metrics and initiatives to company leadership. Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in both SQL and Python with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • At least 2 years experience working on product led growth analysis
  • Proven experience in creating SQL reports and dashboards, showcasing your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Solid experience in data engineering with Python, demonstrating the capability to develop and maintain robust data pipelines.
  • Ability to manage workload within a fast-paced, energetic, and dynamic workplace.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking.
  • Clear understanding of developer tooling, products and landscape with a unique perspective on what make them grow.

SingleStore's base salary range for this role, if based in California, Colorado, Washington, or New York City is: $120 - $145 USD per year
