The Director of Product Growth & Expansion will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to our mission by providing students with financial resources and enhancing their capacity to manage debt.
  • Foster growth through strategic product investments, including enabling partners to integrate Earnest products via API and developing an engaging product funnel.
  • Collaborate with teams to broaden Earnest's product offerings and meet customer needs in innovative ways.

Your Contributions:

  • Accelerate growth at Earnest, expanding our customer base and the range of solutions available in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of experience in leading technology firms in Product Management or related fields.
  • More than 7 years of experience in building, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product investments, including partnerships and optimizing customer funnels.
  • Experience in launching new products, encompassing customer research and feature validation.
  • Ability to establish success metrics and leverage analytical tools to guide product development.
  • Experience in developing consumer-focused products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Fintech sector or comparable industries.
  • Experience in creating products that utilize predictive analytics to enhance customer experience.
  • Experience in defining a comprehensive roadmap for a company or division.

Work Environment:

  • This position allows for flexibility with remote work, with a requirement to attend the office for a few days each month.
