POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic Growth team at Circle Medical Technologies. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the patient journey through meticulous experimental design, hypothesis validation, and comprehensive product analysis.

In this capacity, you will collaborate across various departments, including product management, growth leadership, and marketing, transforming data into actionable insights that drive significant business outcomes. Your expertise in A/B testing and digital analytics will empower our teams to refine user experiences and product strategies, ultimately boosting revenue growth. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Evaluate user behavior patterns and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams regarding user interactions with our digital offerings.
  • Oversee product performance metrics, proactively identifying growth opportunities through user funnel analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth product analyses to address specific business inquiries and provide actionable recommendations to product and marketing teams.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and structuring of product usage data, making it accessible to product managers and stakeholders by enhancing reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and growth teams to enhance the patient experience.
  • Guide stakeholders on effectively utilizing product data in their analyses and workflows.
  • Champion accurate product event tracking, documentation, and education on data structuring and analysis.
  • Support the overarching data strategy across the organization.
  • Experimentation:
  • Offer expertise in A/B testing methodologies to guarantee reliable and valid results.
  • Assist in curating the experimental roadmap for product and growth initiatives.
  • Work with product and growth teams to establish KPIs and objectives for optimization.
  • Define test success criteria and recommend product enhancements based on findings.
  • Create business-facing dashboards and conduct thorough analyses to communicate both statistical significance and business impact of experiments.
  • Present experiment results and suggested next steps to relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with retention metrics.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Background in data modeling and statistics, with a strong grasp of experimental design and statistical inference.
  • Experience handling event-based data.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools to elevate our capabilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Prior experience in a rapidly growing technology environment is advantageous.

COMPENSATION

Aligned with our core values, Circle Medical Technologies offers transparent salary structures based on merit-based performance, along with equity options.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $94,000 to $113,400 CAD, complemented by generous vacation and comprehensive medical/dental benefits.
