What you can expect

You will drive eCommerce solutions for , including personalization, merchandising, and optimizing the pricing page for key cohorts. Including new offers, personalized variations of the pricing page, building out product list and detail pages, extending to search and filtering. You will collaborate with the team to deliver cohesive content and user flow strategy for our different customer segments.

About the Team

The eCommerce team is responsible for the online revenue coming from optimizing and monetizing the pricing pages, checkout, and post-purchase self-service products management. You will report directly to the eCommerce Group Product Manager within Zoom's Online organization. You will be part of a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, UX designers, and supported by legal, finance, data science, and other counterparts.

What we're looking for

  • Possess 4+ years of eCommerce Product Management experience in global direct-to-consumer, SaaS companies
  • Deliver results through personalized site merchandising and funnel optimization by applying a continuous feedback via surveys and testing
  • Experience owning product strategy and roadmap, along with funnel KPIs such as abandonment rate, CVR, AOV, revenue generated, and engagement
  • Be driven and proficient on digital analytics, and using data visualization tools such as data studio, amplitude, tableau, among others.
  • Experience championing the customer experience in an eCommerce realm and working as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering
  • Be an expert in eCommerce and UX best practices and stay up-to-date on new trends
  • Experience working with agile scrums, and capturing design, business, and web development requirements

$94,600.00

$218,700.00
