SUMMARY:

The Digital Product Experience Analyst plays an integral role in achieving sales targets by designing, reviewing and re-engineering business processes for maximum efficiency in aggregating, standardizing and publicizing product specific operational and supply chain data. This role will continuously work to understand the specific product segment data needs of cross-functional stakeholders and their current business-related processes, products and systems to efficiently centralize product data in Salsify.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with the various internal and external teams to understand current technological systems and business processes to assure they support the strategic objectives of the department, product segment, and broader organization.
  • Defines and maintains ongoing photo studio operations as it relates to digital marketing/merchandising related strategies and processes to optimize the product presentation continuously and user experience across owned, branded and retailer partner sites.
  • Positions themselves as the SME/Power User for the organizations PIM/DAM system of choice for product data properties and values.
  • Liaise with other internal and external teams to coordinate the product lifecycle (creations, management, share/syndicate, and archive) based on selling seasons, product segments, brands, etc.
  • Utilizes insights from analytical resources and tools to monitor and optimize the businesses overall strategic objective; while providing dashboard reporting and recommendations around identified key performance indicators and contributing stakeholders.
  • Facilitates eCommerce communication, presentations, education and training across the organization, as needed.
  • Provides input on budgetary needs and concerns.
  • Performs other tasks and assignment as directed by leadership.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Four Year Degree in a related field (i.e., Business Management, Information Systems, eCommerce, Marketing, etc.) and/or combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced Excel Skills (macros/micros, VLOOKUP, formatting rows/columns, filters, formulas, etc.).
  • Experience with databases, EDI, Content Management Systems, basic development language (HTML, CSS, etc.) preferred
  • Experience working with systems and processes including but not limited to mastered data collection, modeling, data management, interfaces, and processes.
  • Textile manufacturing, fashion apparel management/marketing, and eCommerce marketing experience, a plus
