Role Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations, ensuring peak equipment efficiency to facilitate plant functions. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Overseeing the upkeep and repair of production equipment
  • Utilizing CMMS to pinpoint high-wear components for preventive maintenance schedules
  • Fostering a constructive environment within the maintenance division
  • Aligning maintenance tasks with production management
  • Encouraging Maximo utilization among the maintenance staff
  • Creating training initiatives to enhance individual capabilities
  • Suggesting enhancements in production techniques and equipment efficiency
  • Investigating and implementing capital investment projects

Qualifications and Education:

  • Preferred technical degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in industrial electrical controls, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and machining
  • Previous role as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
