Position Summary:
The Erector/Siding Carpenter role is situated at our operational hub, focusing on the meticulous construction, assembly, and installation of components for utility buildings and truck accessories, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to ascertain project requirements and necessary materials.
2. Utilize hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials for the fabrication of components.
3. Assemble and install framing, siding, roofing, doors, windows, and trim, adhering to design plans and industry standards to guarantee accuracy and structural integrity.
4. Inspect materials for defects and select appropriate resources to ensure the production of high-quality finished products.
5. Monitor construction progress and conduct quality checks throughout the assembly and installation process, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and safety standards.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
8. Collaborate effectively with other team members to complete projects within designated timelines and budgets.
9. Communicate progress updates and any issues to supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
Competencies:
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, with a keen attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry or related trades, demonstrating proficiency in woodworking techniques and tool usage.
