ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

  • Streamline and lead an effective outside sales function with one way of doing field sales according to common Circle K principles.
  • Manage own department and secure delivery on monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets
  • Build and use commercial insight though market analytics, actively monitor prospects in the Truck and Fleet segments
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for improving a profitable market share.
  • Drive innovation in sales practices within own department through active coaching.
  • Support the Sales team to develop and manage their customer portfolio and secure delivery on monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets
  • Support identifying and execute on opportunities for improving the profitability of the nationwide customer portfolio.
  • Strong collaboration with BU Fuel Director, Market Managers, the dedicated Inside Sales team to the BU, and the rest of the B2B sales organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably bachelor or master degree from University or Business School, or other relevant educational back-ground
  • Relevant practical experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Preferably +5 years leadership experience with leading and developing a team of outside sales representative
  • Preferably +5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Mobility and Fleet Card industry
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent sales results and meeting ambitious sales targets and growing a profitable B2B Customer portfolio
  • Proven track record working with both medium and large accounts and an experience in using digital tools in order to work in a structured and proactive way
  • Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
  • Strong commercial and sales mind-set with desire to win Strong relationship builder and ability to establish longstanding customer relationships, incl. networking within the Truck and Fleet segment in the region
  • Excellent negotiator and communicator at all organizational levels
  • Strong ability to develop sales plans and execute efficiently and effectively
  • Analytical, structured and comfortable working with digital tools
  • Strong collaborator, influential and with the ability to establish strong commitment and support from internal stakeholders to win the regions BtB segment
