Job Opening: General Manager at PharmaCann
  • Steer PharmaCann's team towards excellence, driving top-line sales growth by focusing on customer service, product presentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of dispensary managers and assume full responsibility for overseeing retail store operations.
  • Ensure the financial success of the store with a focus on profitable sales growth and effective cost management.
  • Lead talent assessment, recruitment, and development activities to build a high-performing team.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Performance:
  • Achieve or surpass sales, profitability, and operational targets.
  • Optimize payroll, productivity, and workload management.
  • Build a customer-focused team to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
People:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse team of top talent.
  • Ensure proper placement and training of team members.
  • Promote open communication and teamwork among associates.
Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Optimize scheduling for exceptional customer service and efficiency.
  • Maintain store standards for safety, inventory control, and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and company programs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in retail.
  • Strong sales background and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows-based software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and drive frequently.
  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
