Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and investigate CGL claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to achieve timely and fair resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and claims adjusters, to ensure seamless claims processing
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other external parties to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims handling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of Claims or Insurance experience
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice or equivalent with 2+ years of Claims or Insurance experience
  • Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 1+ years of Claims or Insurance experience
  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of Claims or Insurance experience
  • Must obtain and maintain adjuster license(s)
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years handling Commercial General Liability Claims
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and collaboration abilities
  • Expertise in analyzing and resolving complex claims
  • Ability to negotiate and propose claim resolutions
