Role Overview: The Operations Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming, safe, and educational atmosphere within our establishments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and directing daily operations and staff.

  • Stay informed about cannabis products and regulations to educate staff and customers.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven managerial experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR-related tasks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cash management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background checks.
