Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and implement project schedules/templates to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all projects.
- Coordinate external vendor schedules, including job-site assessments, manufacturing, logistics, and final product installation to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Negotiate pricing strategies with external vendors and contractors to meet profitability goals for each project.
- Collaborate with local authorities to interpret regulations and secure necessary permits, ensuring compliance with municipal codes.
- Identify and resolve project issues by determining root causes and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate actively in scheduled project meetings, communicating any concerns that may impact project timelines and proposing effective solutions.

Qualifications:
